  • India-wide Delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation
  • Orders are processed promptly to ensure minimal delay in dispatch

Delivery Timings

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday
  • A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure handover
  • If you are unavailable, we recommend authorizing a trusted person (family member, colleague, or neighbor) to receive the package on your behalf

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

Important Information

  • Elvn Elvn Parfums is not liable for packages received by an alternative person at the provided delivery address
  • Once the order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or damage thereafter
