Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once items have been delivered, opened, or used.
However, we do offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or broken product
- Leakage during transit
- Missing items in the order
- Incorrect product delivered
Important Guidelines
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange
- All requests are subject to a verification process before approval
Please Note
- Our fragrances are made using carefully selected ingredients and natural extracts
- Issues caused by improper usage, handling, or storage will not be covered
- Skin reactions or personal sensitivity are not eligible for return or refund. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before use
Refund Policy
Elvn Elvn Parfums is not liable for damages reported after successful delivery unless verified under the conditions below.
To be eligible for a refund in cases of:
- Leakage or breakage
- Missing or incorrect product
You must provide a clear unboxing video, showing:
- The sealed outer packaging
- The issue (damage, leakage, or incorrect item)
Additional Guidelines
- If the package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 3 days. Claims after this period will not be accepted
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–15 business days after verification
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
- If a prepaid order is returned due to refusal or unavailability, the refund will be processed only after the product is received back in its original condition
